The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the main square. the staff, especially Lukas, Olegi, and Madam Soya, were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist us during our stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel went above and beyond to fix any issues we had, like a shower head falling over. the breakfast included in the cost was delicious, with homemade marmalade and khachapuri. Dimasi also arranged a driver for us to go to Mestia. We highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Cons: All good 👍.

i had the comfort quadruple room which was large and brand-new with balconies. the location was particularly good, only 5 minutes walk to colchis fountain. the hotel was in a fairly nice area, very close to the city center, palaty cafe restaurant and local market.
